Question: How much time does it take to get business page approval?

Answer: We try to make sure that approvals are granted in the quickest possible time. In most cases, approval is granted within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a notification as soon as your business page is live on GladdenHUB.

 
Question: By paying for a business page, is my company guaranteed to be included on GladdenHUB?

Answer: 99% of paid business listing requests are successful. We do reserve the right not to list websites that do not meet our entry criteria or that we feel are unsuitable including but not limited to, websites that are pornographic, racist or defamatory in nature. Unlike most directories though, we offer a full refund if your request is unsuccessful.

 
Question: Can I create a free listing?

Answer: Yes. Absolutely. We encourage all our users to list their brand and services using the free listing option. The listing is free for first 3 months.

 
Question: Can I add images to a free listing?

Answer: Sorry. We allow the addition of images only in paid listings, but you can upgrade your account at anytime.

 
Question: What does a Premium Directory Listing offer?

Question: When will I be charged for Featured Business Page?

Answer: You will have to pay for the Featured Business Pages in advance.

 
Question: Can I modify a Business Page?

Answer: Yes, you can modify and update your business page as many times as you need to.

 
Question: Can I upgrade my Directory Listing?

Answer: Yes, you can upgrade your directory listing anytime by logging into your account. Click on upgrade the listing to complete the process.

 
Question: Can I have a Directory Listing removed?

Answer: Yes, you can remove your listing anytime you want by writing to us at info@gladdenhub.com.

 
Question: What happens to Featured Directory Listings after 12-months?

Answer: If you have not already renewed your business page online within 12 months, we will contact you to urge you to renew the listing.

If you choose not to renew the business page for another 12 months, or we are unable to contact you, the listing will revert to a Free Business Page or may be removed entirely at the discretion of GladdenHUB.

 
Question: What happens in I am unable to locate a relevant category at the time of creating my business page?

Answer: You should select the category that you believe is closest to your service. The team will make modifications or reach out to you for clarification at the time of approving the listing.
