We aim to confirm all approve all Business listing request within 48 hours of submission.

 

By paying for a business page, is my company guaranteed to be included on GladdenHUB?  

We reserve the right not exclude any external links e.g. websites and other associated materials that do not meet our terms of service, or that we feel are unsuitable for our audience. This includes but is not limited to, websites that are pornographic, racist, or defamatory in nature. Unlike most directories, we offer a full refund if your request is unsuccessful.

 

Can I create a free listing?  

Yes, absolutely! We encourage all our users to list their brand and services using the free listing option if your visiting us for the first time!

 

What does a Premium Listing offer?  

In addition to our 0% commission privileges, Gladden Hub’s  Premium Business account type guarantees priority listing within your regional booking area, boosting your discoverability on the platform! This account type also ensures you are featured on our home page and your booking category landing page. It also gives you, exclusive features such as:

 

  • Ability to add your external website link and contact details on your business page, allowing you to take bookings off site.

  • Manage and reply to enquiries and reviews via your messaging inbox, a direct line to your customer base.

When will I be charged for a Featured Business Page?  

You will be charged monthly from the date of purchase. You will receive confirmation of this to your registered email address.

  

Can I modify a Business Page

Yes, you can modify and update your business page as many times as you need to.

  

How do I upgrade my Listing?  

You can upgrade your business listing via your subscription tab in the SellerHub. How do I request for the removal of my business from GladdenHub? You can remove your listing anytime via the listings tab in your ‘My GladdenHub’. Alternatively you can write to us at info@gladdenhub.com and request removal.  

  

What happens in I am unable to locate a relevant category at the time of creating my business page?  

Do not worry. Simply click on your listing in the listings tab via My GladdenHub. Once you reach your landing page, click ‘edit listing’ to correct your business to the right industry. Alternatively, you can reach out to Gladden Hub customer support via info@gladdenhub.com
